Make an impact on the lives of over 5,500 young people throughout Oakland and the East Bay by becoming a sponsor of Embracing Your Destiny. This event supports the transformative work of Destiny Arts Center to inspire and ignite social change through the arts.
Founded nearly forty years ago, Destiny’s programs have grown to include over fifty school and community sites offering professionally taught classes in hip-hop dance, African dance, theatre, capoeira, breakdancing, and martial arts through in-school, after-school, weekend, and summer residencies.
At Destiny, young people find joy in expression, build confidence and become leaders within their schools, communities, and families.
